Refund policy

We provide a 14 Day returns Policy, subject to fair use. No Nitty behavior.    

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

14 Day refund Policy:

To start a return, you can contact us at tok.shop.no.tick@gmail.com  Items should be sent to our Offices in Essesx at: Office 6712. 58 Peregrine Road, Hainault, Ilford, Essex, IG6 3SZ. Your refund will be processed within 3 Business days upon receipt of goods.   

 

Poor quality item: 

In the unlikely event that Products have not met the excellent quality we're used to from our Factory. Please send us an image and then Post the item to the manufacturers address, this is confirmed upon receipt of your Order. We will refund you immediately in this case. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All of our Products cannot be returned do to being produced on demand until further notice. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We will accept exchanges with consideration again given to Fair Use, No Nitty behavior.  

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 7 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us by WhatsApp or at tok.shop.no.tick@gmail.com.
